Pear, bitter leaf, Gorgonzola and walnut salad

Mains:

Meat option: Chicken, bacon and tarragon pie with mash and purple sprouting broccoli

Veggie option: Romanesco Broccoli with white beans, bay and fennel

Desert:

Steamed sponge with apple and custard
